This summer and into the Fall we were super excited to welcome many female anglers to the resort. Some of them are avid anglers and others were first timers. Either way, they had lots of luck on the Bay of Quinte bringing in many different species and making great memories.

Bay of Quinte is not only plentiful with fish, the water is clean to swim in and is perfect for having fun in rental boats, stand-up paddleboards, canoes, kayaks or on a leisure ride in a pontoon boat. Besides, the beautiful shoreline, lily pads, waterfalls, and wildlife you can spot, the sunsets are simply breathtaking.

This Blue Pike was caught on a Merland Park charter on August 15th. Such a rare find, this unique Blue Pike is said to have a rare genetic defect. We had heard of another one being caught & released in August 2010 which is exactly 3 years ago. We released the fish as well.
